Thursdays 6pm - 7pm
A high-intensity class designed to work the entire body through a combination of strength and cardio exercises. Expect a fast-paced workout that challenges endurance, strength, and agility.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Saturdays 8am - 9am
With limited rest periods, our circuit training workouts can help build strength and cardio, leading to muscle growth and fat loss. Perfect for all levels.
